So one night I was in the midst of doing my usual internet happy hunting and Diego (I swear the man never sleeps) linked me up to a DaroC article on Valerie.

Valerie is a sensational blog... apart from feeding my overpowering addiction for enigmatic french music it promotes artists who take on different styles to their productions (rather than fixating on your usual mainstream and overblogged but nonetheless great banger.)

DaroC not only fits into the former category but further impresses and mystifies. His tracks are very emotionally charged and leave you quite stranded inside your head.

Serie B is both arresting and hauntingly catchy whilst Moogeux has a beautiful bittersweetness to it which i've grown most attached to (bring it along on a midnight stroll with you sometime)
